So after getting the 91 Toyota Previa, All Trac, 5-speed van all decked out. Platform that acts as a bed, storage underneath, a reclining seat and a table that clamps in behind the drivers seat. Dual battery system and an inverter, double burner camp stove, sushi knife, cutting boards, Rocket box, snowboard rack, bike rack, change the oil, print a few hundred T shirts, rotate the tires and we are outta Montana. Kristen and I drove from Whitefish Mt. to Skagway Alaska. Through Jasper National Park and up the Kasiar Highway. 3 days and 1900 miles later we found our selves at the Skagway Brewing Company.
Only one little incident were I hit a frost heave going about 75mph and almost lost the entire rack system off the top of the car. A few NRS cam straps and its good to go for another 800 miles. (Jesse and I bolted the rack to the ceiling before departing to Valdez)
Jesse flew into Skagway from Whitefish the next day to meet me.
